Maria F. Amado, 67, of Pawtucket, RI passed away on March 1st, 2022. Born in Sao Jorge, Azores, Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Maria de Fatima Silveira Fagundes.
Maria had been employed by PEP General Metal Finishing in Attleboro, MA for over 30 years before retiring.
Maria Leaves behind her husband, Joao Amado, her sons Paul Teixeira, Mario Teixeira and his wife Kelly and Steven Teixeira, Step-children Anilda Amado Carvalho, Anita Amado, Alfredo Amado, Ludmila Amado, Yara Amado and Ruthmila Amado. She was the sister of Gil Avila and Lucia Sequeira. Maria was the loving Avo to Michaela, Evelynn, and Amora. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and Friends.
Calling hours will be held Friday, March 4th from 4pm-7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 5th at 11am at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 32 Lawn Ave, Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
